Dennis Anderson – February 21, 1980

Went to the Mission Field in December of 1988. Mission Field - Southern Africa
Countries we ministered in: Zambia, South Africa Botswana

Dennis and Sue since being on the Mission field have assisted in reviving the oldest Baptist Mission Station in Zambia. Assisted in starting 6 churches in South Africa, and have started 3 churches in Botswana, of which one is for the hearing impaired.

The Anderson’s ministry under the umbrella of I AM Ministries consists of church planting, discipleship, pastoral training, working with youth, working with the deaf, working with orphans, holding tent meetings, assisting other missionaries, and national pastors. Dennis is the Executive Director of I AM Ministries. He is responsible for the daily operations and raising funds to assist the nationals of Africa.

Prior to their mission work, Dennis and Sue were on staff at First Bible Baptist Church. Dennis is a graduate of the Northstar Bible Institute, which is a ministry of First Bible Baptist Church. Sue also took a number of classes at the Institute.

The Anderson’s were called into missions during a Missions Conference at First Bible Baptist Church in 1985. They started deputation in 1987.

The Anderson’s have two sons Scott and Bryan who are grown and have their own families. They also have 4 wonderful grandchildren Taylor – 5, Evan -5, Elena – 2, and Bryce -1.
