Dear Brothers & Sisters,
Happy New year. 2008, isn't GOD great. Greetings in the Wonderful name of Jesus!!! Hoping this last year of 2007 was a blessing to you as it was too us. God is still working miracles, His Word is still True, and to top that off , it is even closer to HIS Return. To God be the glory, great things HE hath done. Both Becky and I send our love, prayers and thankfulness to each one of you who lifts us up in prayer and support. May God richly bless and keep you in His perfect will.
What a year!!! Not only have we seen many saved in Africa but even in our trips from coast to coast spreading the news that Jesus saves anywhere. Hold on to your hats. We have seen hundreds come to Jesus Christ here in the USA with many surrendering their lives to full time service. We had over 60 in one service surrender to full time service for our King. And that is just in the USA . I just received the latest report from Brother Sarra, even though not all Churches have reported in. The total is as follows:
4857 Salvations from Churches that have reported in.
1579 Salvations from Encounter Group going into Govt. Schools.
6436 total Salvations confirmed.
12 New Churches started
7 New Preaching points
2012 Baptized confirmed
2008 plans to be a busy year. We have several trips organized already with 3 major trips before the fall. I am headed over in March for the Resurrection Conferences. Please pray, it is right dab middle of the malaria season. But I believe the Lord wants me there. Then I will be headed back to Zambia for our 20 th year Jubilee Celebration in August at the Kafulafuta Baptist Mission in Zambia . Many have mentioned to me they want to come, I would only say, get your flights early as we will have many there. Can you believe it. This is our 20 th year as Missionaries. My how time flies. With over ½ Million souls won to Christ, over 200 Churches planted, with over 200 men trained and training others, God has done a WORK. Only the LORD could do something like this. Great and Mighty and Marvelous is His Name.
Looking forward to the next day and see just what the LORD will do next. We must keep the main thing the main thing. Dr. Freret taught me that several years ago. But we must keep the Mission , God's Mission our priority. And that is telling the World, every Person, Tribe and Nation that JESUS SAVES. Our Mission is a Church Planting one that needs your on-going support, especially your prayers. Many of our men on the field are in need of your support. Inflation has gone wild, the cost of living is so hard and many of our men are in Countries with little or no support. Please pray for IAM and please pray about supporting the IAM Ministries Church planting effort in training the National to reach the National.
