Dear Fellow-Laborers,
“But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.” James 3:17
Oh that we would tap into wisdom from the Lord in all our ways! There are many areas in which we are asking you to beg God to pour out His wisdom to us.
The end of June I was able to attend the Deaf Baptist Fellowship of America in Silver Spring, MD. What a wonderful time of fellowship and refreshment! One of our NTID students traveled with me. It was a great opportunity for him to have exposure to different preachers. His family is from Iraq, and he has been saved less than one year, but is growing! Pray for God to direct Saif Rasouli’s future, as he is on fire for the Lord!
Since we have been home, we’ve caught up on doctor and dentist appointments for our kids, including vaccinations. Praise the Lord, they have been so healthy, there has been no need for doctor visits!
The Lord has been good to fill in our schedule, and we now have 13 meetings from now until January 2007. We are hopeful to be on the field by then, or shortly thereafter. We have been busy making preparations for leaving. Our children’s passports should arrive soon, and they are excited about that. We have also been gathering information about start up costs, contacting flying mission to help find temporary housing, and speaking with several families to touch base in preparing for our arrival. Please continue to pray for wisdom regarding these things!!
Our co-laborer Anderson Chimfumpa is ready to go to the field, but he needs $1,000 more for moving costs. If you would like to help, please send your gift to I AM Ministries, c/o FBBC with a note that it’s for Anderson’s moving costs. We hope he will get there soon!
Thank you for your prayers on our behalf, and for your financial support. It means so much to us. God bless as you serve Him!
In Christ,
Jimmy and Julie Tsoukalas
