Dear Fellow-Laborers,

“Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me;” Romans 15:30

Oh how we covet your prayers! There is much busy-ness surrounding our deputation, home-schooling, ministry, and plans for departure, that we seriously beg you to strive together with us in prayer. Thank you for praying for the I AM conference. It was a tremendous success! Wonderful messages from the preachers, and God’s blessing was just all over it. Praise the Lord!!

Well, we’ve made an executive decision about the vaccinations. After talking with several missionary friends, and praying about it, we have decided not to have any more vaccinations. Our children will be fine without being vaccinated for rabies, (we had some concerns about the vaccine anyway) and we can be vaccinated in Botswana for a much cheaper price. So praise the Lord for clearing that up, and we feel peace about it. Thank you for your prayers and offers to help. We are surely being good stewards in this decision.

In September, we had meetings with two churches which were such a blessing. We continue to see God’s awesome working in various parts of our country through people who love Him. What a huge blessing to have such wonderful people representing our Lord! In October, we had five meetings in four different states. Whew! God is good, and we had great opportunities to share the Gospel.

Please continue to pray for our meetings for the remainder of the year, that those churches would consider supporting us. Right now four of the churches we have recently been in are considering support, and two have promised support. Praise the Lord! We are getting very close to being able to set our departure date. Your continued prayers for wisdom as we plan to leave become even more important as the reality of our departure draws closer.

As always, please pray for my parents’ salvation. We will be seeing them during the Christmas holiday, and are praying for the chance to witness again to them. God can do anything! We trust Him and His faithfulness and sovereignty. God bless you all!

Love in Christ,
