Orphanage
 Greetings in the fight for the Lord Jesus Christ. As discussed with Bobby, Dennis and Kevin and now all of us, here is a picture of me negotiating with a contractor and architect over the Deaf School/Orphanage and Church. They are the lowest and are willing to work with us. The building construction, pavement/curbs, lands sloping and wall fence cost is about $850,000.00 and the drawings approved by the government and lawful responsibility as to any defects after building are accrued by the architect firm, overseeing of building procedures and specification cost is $24,000.00. This is with running water to all buildings, electricity, switches, toilets, showers, sinks everything that it takes to use the buildings which includes the two houses (Pastors and Administrator) and parking lot/driveways. All we have to do is put the furniture in. The contractor needs 30% down to buy materials before rainy season so as to continue in the buildings while rainy season is on us, then at each stage about 10%. The architect needs $5000.00 of the total $24,000.00 down for workable drawings drawn and the passing of inspection of the Luanshya Council's then charges for scrutiny fees of which I will give you in by Wednesday.
